It takes a team to be able to bring the magic of the trail at The Hollow at Phantom Lake YMCA to life. Join us in creating an enchanted wonderland to support our mission of providing a positive and equitable camp experience to every camper.

Be a part of creating this fantastical event by volunteering to help set up our trail, build scenes, and bring the magic to life or you can volunteer for a night of the event and help guests have the most whimsical experience possible.

Volunteers may be asked to complete a variety of tasks be dressed for the weather. We invite you to join us in creating this magical experience and support our mission.

Volunteer opportunities

Set-Up Volunteers (September):

  • Set up scene displays

  • Move items out of storage locations

  • Hang pumpkins

  • Decorate the trail

Event Volunteer Roles (October):

  • Trail Monitors

  • Concessions Sales

  • Parking Attendants

  • Guest Greeters
